Coordination
For those who embraced the planning process, but are ready to reduce the pressure as your wedding day approaches and the final details come together.
Our month-of coordination is for the couple that has done all of the hard work already - then we'll come in at 6 weeks prior to the wedding day to take over the hard work, make sure the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted and just make sure that you fully get to enjoy & embrace the day.
It's our most popular package & there's a reason - because people finally get to enjoy the hard work they've put in!
Our month-of coordination includes:
Six months prior to weddding
- In-person or virtual consultation and walk through
- Creation of detailed wedding timeline
- Unlimited email communication
- 2 hours of in-person rehearsal coordination
- Final Communications & coordination with vendors and rentals
- Rehearsal Coordination
On the Wedding Day
- 10+ hours of coordination time (includes coordinator & assistant)
- Direction of Guest seating, processional, Cocktail hour flow, etc.
- Supervision of decor and vendor setup
- Arrangement of entrances, dances, speeches, etc.
- Comprehensive management of timeline and vendors
**There is an additional $150 Travel fee for any Event location an hour away from Milford, PA**
