A wedding coordinator (that’s me most of the time!) steps in closer to the big day - I start 6 weeks before - and make sure everything you’ve planned comes together perfectly. I’ll handle all the final details, logistics, and day-of magic so you can relax and enjoy your wedding!

I’m like your newest BFF and behind-the-scenes superhero. I confirm all the details with your vendors, create a seamless timeline, and make sure everything on the big day runs like clockwork. Need someone to pin a boutonnière or track down the rings? I’ve got you covered. You enjoy the day - I’ll handle the rest.

Yes, I personally oversee all the weddings I take on—but I only take two weddings a month to ensure each couple gets my full attention! If I’m already booked, don’t worry — my incredible associates, David and Kayla, step in. They LOVE what they do just as much as I do and bring the same level of care, expertise, and excitement to your big day! 

While most of my clients hire me for month-of coordination, I also offer partial and full planning services if you need a little more help. Whether you’re just starting or need me to step in toward the end, I can figure out what service would be best for you! 

Absolutely! That’s where my month-of coordination services shine. I’ll take the baton and make sure all your hard work pays off. I’ll confirm with vendors, perfect the timeline, and run the show on your big day so you can soak it all in.

Don’t worry - it happens to the best of us! I offer Guidance Sessions to help you get unstuck. We’ll sit down (virtually or in person) and go over where you are in the planning process, identify priorities, and create a plan to move forward. Think of it as a planning pep talk and strategy session rolled into one!

The Planning Process

The sooner, the better! Month-of coordination clients usually book me about 9 –12 months in advance, but if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’ll do my best to fit you in!

Once you book, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk about your vision, vendors, and everything you’ve planned so far. For month-of coordination, I step in 6 weeks before the wedding to finalize details and take the reins.

You bet! I’ll build a detailed timeline that coordinates everything from hair and makeup to your grand exit. And I’ll make sure all your vendors are on the same page.

Working Together

Absolutely. I’ll run the rehearsal and make sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and how to look fabulous doing it. That way, everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Yes! I’ll be there from your first mimosa sip, to your private last dance, ensuring every detail is handled so you can dance the night away stress-free.

Don’t worry — I’m the ultimate problem-solver. From last-minute wardrobe fixes to vendor hiccups, I handle it all so you’ll never even know something went sideways.
