I’ll handle all the final details, logistics, and day-of magic so you can relax and enjoy your wedding!

Yes, I personally oversee all the weddings I take on—but I only take two weddings a month to ensure each couple gets my full attention! If I’m already booked, don’t worry — my incredible associates, David and Kayla, step in. They LOVE what they do just as much as I do and bring the same level of care, expertise, and excitement to your big day!

We’ll sit down (virtually or in person) and go over where you are in the planning process, identify priorities, and create a plan to move forward. The sooner, the better! Month-of coordination clients usually book me about 9 –12 months in advance, but if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’ll do my best to fit you in!

Once you book, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk about your vision, vendors, and everything you’ve planned so far. For month-of coordination, I step in 6 weeks before the wedding to finalize details and take the reins.
