When I got this inquiry, I was beyond giddy! Not only was it my first time coordinating a camp-style wedding, but it also had all the Parent Trap vibes, and I was so here for it. Meghan and Evan wanted their wedding weekend to reflect who they are as a couple—laid-back, fun, and full of thoughtful details. From the morning activities that had guests smiling from the start to ending the night with the couple themselves scooping ice cream from a truck, every moment was pure joy. It was an unforgettable weekend—one that will definitely go down in wedding history!

"What a life saver!"
Sara Mack was the day of coordinator at our daughter’s wedding. (You might not think you need a day of coordinator, but she actually starts about a month before & finalizes all the details with all your vendors. What a life saver!) Sara was at the rehearsal & also made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. We were not at a traditional venue & had a lot of moving pieces, she made sure it worked! We didn’t have to worry about anything on the wedding day Sara & her assistant had it covered. She’s very professional & works with the bride, family & other vendors. She gets the job done without stepping on toes. She also sent a special video montage of the wedding, the next day. Even before the photographer or videographer, what a special touch!!
