Our full service planning includes unlimited emails & phone conversations, a detailed wedding checklist, an extensive wedding day timeline & liaising with vendors during the planning stage.

To help you budget, we work with you to understand and clearly define your wedding budget, manage your budget and allocate funds accordingly and keep you up to date on wedding spending.

We recommend venues within your style & budget and arrange and attend venue site visits. We'll serve as liaison between yourselves and your venue as well as assist in creating a seating plan and developing a room layout for ceremony and reception.

We'll select professional vendors such as photographer, videographer, florist, DJ/band, linens, cake designer, stationer, transportation, hair & makeup etc. We can recommend vendors within your style and budget from our recommended vendors. We will arrange and attend vendor meetings and serve as liaison between yourselves and your vendors.

In the month prior to your wedding day, we'll have an in-person or virtual consultation and walk through of the wedding day and our detailed wedding timeline. We will have unlimited email communication & 2 hours of in-person rehearsal coordination and final coordination of vendors and rentals.

On your wedding day, we include 10+ hours of coordination time (Includes coordinator & assistant), direction of Guest Seating, ceremony processional, Cocktail Hour Flow, etc., Supervision of decor and vendor setup, arrangement of entrances, dances, speeches, etc. and comprehensive management of timeline and vendors.

**There is an additional $150 Travel fee for any Event location an hour away from Milford, PA**
