Hey there! I’m Sara, your go-to wedding and event planning BFF!
With 10 years of experience in the event world, I’ve planned everything—auctions, fundraisers, city events, bridal + baby showers, and my all-time favorite: weddings!
I was born and raised in Bucks County, PA, and after spending five years building my event planning portfolio in sunny South Florida, my little family and I made our way back to the Tri-State Area—and I couldn’t be happier to be bringing wedding dreams to life here!

Sara's Story
2017
I got married and realized weddings were going to be my bread and butter.
In 2018, I took the leap into my passion and coordinated my first three weddings independently.
2019
Before moving back to PA, I wrapped up my time in Florida with one final wedding.
2020
Moved back to PA just as the world shut down. Feeling discouraged in my 9-5, I made the bold decision to quit and officially launch Sara Mack Events LLC.
2021
Hit the ground running! Booked three weddings, formed key business partnerships, and started growing a team.
2022
Coordinated 8 weddings while also serving as the Event Manager for Sylvan Ridge Farm.
2023
SME became the official wedding coordination team at Sylvan Ridge Farm, overseeing 34 weddings—including 5 double-booked events!
2024
Continued leading coordination services at SRF, expanding to 35 weddings and successfully managing 9 double-booked weekends.
2025
Now fully independent, we proudly serve the Tri-State area, Bucks County, and beyond. We are on track to coordinate 100+ weddings this year!

Kayla Bowe
ASSOCIATE WEDDING COOORDINATOR
Kayla is entering into her fourth year with SME and has been a huge asset to the team. With her passion for events, attention to detail, and quick decision making, she will make your special day run seamlessly!
When she is not working to perfect your wedding day, you can find her spending her time traveling or binge watching Gossip Girl.

Sara and Kayla were incredibly detailed and helpful throughout the entire process of wedding planning leading all the way up to our wedding day. Sara was actually supposed to be on maternity leave for my wedding so she hired the wonderful Kayla to take over. She was just as great to work with. We are so grateful for her attention to detail and willingness to work with whatever request I had. My mom and I hired Sara Mack Events to handle all of the vendors and the details for the wedding day and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. She is personable, professional and a master at her craft!

Kayla was friendly and professional. She continually checked in with us to make sure things were going according to our preference. Even with rainy weather, she was able to help us keep our ceremony outside. She was attentive and really did an amazing job go making sure the day ran smoothly. She even created a beautiful instagram video capturing some wonderful moments from the day, that was such a nice extra touch. We are so grateful to have had the help from Kayla leading up to and on our big day. She was wonderful!

KAYLA!!!! From our first video call, she was so easy to talk with and it felt like we had known her for years. Kayla came into our planning process at the perfect time. She was very organized and thorough in contacting all our vendors and making sure we had everything we needed. On our wedding day, as hectic as it was, I felt so much calmer knowing that Kayla was keeping us running on time and getting everything ready exactly how we wanted. I'm still in shock how she kept everything in order AND took so many pictures and videos to document the day! We love Kayla and are so so grateful to have had her be a part of our wedding!

David has been with SME for three years now, and what started off as a hobby has now turned into a passion!
Not only will David ensure a smooth flowing wedding day, but it is promised that he will also add an overflow of joy and contagious energy.
When David isn't triple checking your final details, you can find him exploring the country with loved ones!

David was AMAZING from start to finish. From our first meeting with him, we knew we were in good hands. David is very organized and ready for anything. He handled an issue we had on Friday night during the rehearsal with ease and with his help, we never felt stressed or worried about fixing the problem. Because of him, our weekend flowed seamlessly. Our families and wedding party loved him too! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without him as our coordinator!

David was truly incredible!!! He is the reason our day went so smooth and our spaces looked so eloquently decorated. Having a point person there who knows Sylvan Ridge so well but also shares in our excitement is invaluable. We had a truly perfect day with no stress or major issues and we owe that to David. From the month before the wedding until midnight the day of, David was very attentive, flexible, and most of all fun! He was able to help us identify parts of the day and details we hadn't planned for and was there every second to make sure we had the best day possible.
